Well hello there,

It’s been a month since you’ve heard from me. I’ve been knee-deep finishing up my first semester of graduate school. I’m pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and it has completely taken over my life in the best way.

I applied on a whim at the end of last year. At the time, my coaching sessions had been pulling more and more toward identity and relational work: helping clients understand their relationship with work, uncover their values, and recognize how patterns from their family systems were showing up in their careers. It felt like a natural next step to go deeper.

Starting the program in January only confirmed I’m heading in the right direction. (My professors even suggested I consider a doctorate. Excuse me while I go spiral about PsyD programs. 🙈)

Hooray for end of semester!

All of this has me thinking about what it means to do this work well and who gets access to it. Coaching is expensive and it’s always sit uncomfortably with me. Access to learning and growth is something I’ve believe in deeply for over a decade. It’s why I’ve spent my career at places like edX and YearUp. That belief doesn't stop at my own practice.

So I designed two new ways to work together that meet people where they are, whether you need one focused session or something more intensive before committing to a longer engagement.

Spark Session: A 1-hour working session for when you’re circling a decision and need a strategic thought partner to help you cut through the noise and build an action plan. Previously only available to past clients; now open to everyone.

From Chaos to Clarity Intensive: A 3-hour coaching intensive, custom-designed around your goals. Whether you’re working on your personal positioning, figuring out your next move, or ready to run some career experiments; we build it together.

And if you're ready for something longer term, my coaching program Offscript is here for you too.

Later this summer I’ll be hosting some free events with people I’m really excited about. And if there’s a topic you’re hoping I’ll dig into, reply and let me know, I’m taking notes.

Talk soon,

Roberta
